Rules for the Hotel reservation/Deposit/Cancellation Policy.
- Reservation: A 30% reservation deposit is a common policy that secures an accommodation booking.
- Cancellation Policy : In case of cancellation the Ministry of Tourism established the following:
- Cancellation up to 21 days before the beginning of stay: all money given in advance is returned
- Cancellation between 20 and 7 days before the beginning of stay: the money given in advance will nor be returned
- In case of no-show: a payment equal to 50% of the cost of the overall stay is required .
- Early departure:a payment equal to 50% of the remaining cost of the period of stay is required
